Nearly 50 years ago, Crow Engineering Co. was founded by Gerald W. Crow, P.E., and specialized in mechanical engineering and planning – primarily for the forest products industry.  Bradford Conrad Crow Engineering Co., was formed in 1992 in a merger between Crow Engineering Co. and the structural and civil engineering firm, Bradford and Associates, Inc. (formerly doing business as Dick W. Ebeling, Inc.). The merger of these two companies formed an obvious complement to each other for serving the forest products industry as well as to other industrial and commercial clients.

In August 2016, our company grew stronger as new principals were brought into the fold.  The company name was changed back to Crow Engineering to simplify and to reflect our history.  The name has changed but all key personnel are still on-board.  The new principals at Crow Engineering look to bridge the past and the future by continuing to provide quality design for our current and new clients. Our firm was founded on and continues to subscribe to the principles of honesty, hard work, and technical quality.

Our staff makes use of state-of-the-art tools in our design, analysis, and production work. We utilize the latest software to ensure our designs are functional and cost-effective to construct. The design tools used by our staff include finite element analysis programs, Revit and other BIM technology, and AutoCAD. We have a library of standard components we’ve developed since 1989, as well as a vast library of engineering and design projects from our nearly 50 years of experience.

It is a goal of Crow Engineering to ensure our staff does not lose sight of the need to provide the most effective engineering assistance we can provide for all projects, and yet continue to offer individual and personalized attention to our clients’ needs. In pursuing this goal we have developed close working relationship with our clients and consequently enjoy many repeat assignments and valued referrals.
