Hunter Wylie – President and Director of Industrial Engineering

Hunter, President of Crow Engineering, has a large and diverse background in manufacturing and industrial engineering design and management. At Crow Engineering, Hunter provides project management – specifically providing a main point of contact for our clients. Hunter will be responsible for setting schedules, coordinating budgets and will manage all contract negotiations.

Joe Kurth, P.E. – Vice President and Director of Engineering

Joe is Crow Engineering’s Vice President and Director of Engineering. He is responsible for the management of the various engineering disciplines and ensuring company engineering and drafting standards and practices are up to date and maintained. From small tenant improvements to large green-field manufacturing facilities, Joe has a wealth of experience on a diverse range of civil and structural project types from his 15 years as a consulting engineer. Joe is also responsible for some of Crow Engineering’s business development and marketing efforts.

John Bradford, P.E., S.E. – Director of Structural Engineering

John began his career in 1975 with Dick Ebeling, Inc. and previously served as president for Bradford Conrad Crow Engineering Co. Today. John is Director of Structural Engineering providing design and review for all of Crow Engineering’s major projects. John specifically is an expert in timber structures and has provided professional engineering and design services to timber and glulam laminators and fabricators, distributors and erectors through the country. He is also a recognized expert within the United States in freezer design and has designed many cold-storage facilities nationwide.

Steve Conrad, P.E. – Director of Mechanical Engineering

Steve is Director of Mechanical Engineering – primarily serving our forest products and industrial projects. As a senior mechanical engineer, Steve provides operations and systems analysis, feasibility studies and facility planning, project engineering management, process engineering, plant layout, cost estimating, and mechanical engineering services. Prior to joining Crow Engineering in 1989, Steve had worked for Weyerhaeuser, St. Regis Paper Co. and Champion International, living and working in several locations across the United States.

Bruce Conachan – Senior Project Manager, Mechanical and Forest Products

Since joining Crow Engineering in 1977, Bruce has become a key leader at Crow Engineering as the senior project manager and lead mechanical designer on many of our projects serving a significant number of our wood products clients. On many of our projects, Bruce provides project management, project scheduling, client communication, plant / site layout and planning, cost estimating, field construction observation, design supervision, machine layout, and design and detailing supervision.
