Morrow County hired Crow Engineering to provide project management services for a Facility Planning Assessment. The County wanted to evaluate five existing facilities that currently operate with nine departments around the North County Area. Some properties are leased office space, some are owned, and some are commingled leased space.
The intention of the Facility Planning Study is to provide a snapshot of the existing facilities, an accurate department growth projection, department operational needs, and conceptual rendering and layouts for a new facility that will have a 30-year life expectancy.
